Cheffe Aurèle Bahoken

Aurèle Bahoken is a chef who has been making her passion her profession for about ten years.

This passion was born at a very early age when, at the age of 16, she did an internship in the kitchen. She then discovered a multi-faceted art. She then went on to obtain a bachelor’s degree in hotel and restaurant management and completed a multitude of internships at renowned establishments such as La Bastide Saint Antoine, the Michelin-starred All’Enoteca restaurant in Italy and many others. A course that allows her to consolidate her knowledge and develop new skills to serve the best tables in Cannes.

Today, she honors us by putting on the apron to make you travel through dishes full of flavor.

I take my inspiration from different cuisines, from gastronomy to traditional Mediterranean classics to African cuisine with a touch of Asia
